The animal with the most intimate connection to the dark earth underground, our pork is a complex reflection of the valley it was raised in - wholesome, hyper-local, clean, nothing extra. Pastured animal fat and richly colored meat, cultivated from sun and soil. This pork takes care of you.

Reserve your pork share with a deposit. We will invoice you for the balance once your animal is harvested. Your total cost will be determined by the exact weight of your hog and how you have it cured/uncured. Half & Whole Hogs are custom cut to your specifications, Quarter Hogs are a curated selection of cuts. Here’s what you can expect in a typical Quarter Hog box.

  • Whole Hog share is $6.20/lb plus butcher cut and wrap fees. Average total price for a Whole Hog is $1890. (approx 188 lbs of take home meat). Leaf Lard, Back Fat & Bones included.

  • Half Hog share is $6.40/lb plus butcher cut and wrap fees. Average total price for a Half Hog is $980. (approx 94 lbs of take home meat). Leaf Lard, Back Fat & Bones included.

  • Quarter Hog share is $7.20/lb plus butcher cut and wrap fees. Average total price for a Quarter Hog is $520. (approx 42 lbs of take home meat). These are a customer favorite.

  • 1/8th Sow Sausage share is $3.40/lb plus butcher cut and wrap fees. Average total price of $228 for approx 30lbs. This mixed (Breakfast, Italian, Spicy Breakfast, Regular) sausage option will keep a staple stocked while you enjoy the prime cuts from your pork share.
