6-7 packages of Bacon (cured & smoked with real wood)

5-6 packages of mixed Sausage: Spicy Breakfast, Breakfast, Italian
4-5 packages of 1 inch Pork Chops
2-4 packages of Smoked Ham Steaks
several Country Style Ribs (from the Shoulder)
Shoulder Roast for all your pulled/slow roasted pork recipes
Spare Ribs
Cured and Smoked Jowls (cured & smoked with real wood)
usually Bacon Ends!
sometimes Smoked Hocks!
