These are the forms our butcher will follow when cutting and wrapping your meat. All Half & Whole orders require a Butchery Cut Sheet, Quarter and Eighth orders do not. You can either fill out your form/s just after your completed purchase, or we will send you an email reminder before your scheduled harvest date.
