Fat & Bones, included in your order. Make the highest quality lard for baking with the leaf fat - trust us - use your backfat when making sausage with leaner meats or game, or render it as well. Bones will yield thick beautiful broth or excellent pet treats. Nutrient dense Organ Meats: Heart & Liver with Whole share, and one or the other with Half share.
